Quality Assurance

Almuftah Polymer is certified to quality standards ISO 9001:2000 Certificate NO.: 117048.
The QA Department conducts regular Internal Quality Audits to ensure that the standards are maintained. Almuftah Polymer is the first company in Qatar, which acquired the Water Regulation Scheme (WRAS) approval. Therefore Almuftah Polymer tanks are the only water tanks, which are fully approved by the Water Regulation Authority Scheme. The company attaches the greatest importance to the quality of its manufactured products and a wide range of mechanical and physical testing is conducted and to be introduced to our manufacturing system to satisfy clients specifications.

Almuftah Water Tanks

Al Muftah Polymer is committed to providing high quality products, by continual and effective improvement of our process and system. Therefore Al Muftah Polymer is certified to ISO 9001: 2000 in which our quality system has been organized to comply with the international standards.

Al Muftah Polymer tanks are made from Linear Low Density Polyethylene, Grade R 50035 S, from Sabic Marketing Ltd. Of Saudi Arabia. These materials comply with recommendations and statutory regulations in the USA and most European Countries regarding water tanks intended to come in contact with drinking water.

Al Muftah Polymer water tanks are the only tanks in Qatar, which carries the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme Approval (WRAS), for the products use in contact with potable water, and these tanks are tested and approved according to Bs 6920: 2000 from Accredited Test Laboratories in United Kingdom, therefore our tanks are guaranteed for Twelve years against any manufacturing defect.
